Karuna, an ardent artist, believes life is all about creating what one wants. Coming from a pedigree of entrepreneurs, she is continuing the legacy by venturing into the Executive Search workspace. She is an engineer by profession, and an academician by choice. She spent almost 13+ years as a teacher in Singapore, her way of giving it back to the society.
With this entrepreneurial venture, Karuna aims to effectively recruit candidates, develop and retain clients by providing world-class services and put an end to the global talent shortage.
Sanjay Sharma – CEO
The intellect behind Scouters, Sanjay is the man behind the action. Cross-functional expertise with around 20+ years of experience and visible achievements in providing Recruitment Services for one decade in Singapore handling global portfolio. All of which mean one thing, a vast professional network - the golden key to success in this industry. Sanjay served various Companies in different levels as from Manager to CEO. Sanjay focuses on Executive Search, Mid - Senior Level Sales and Technology Leadership roles along with Technical hiring.
Pradeep Y - Regional Recruitment Manager - India and APAC.
Pradeep works as an Manager at Scouters - Primarily responsible for global recruitment in sales and leadership roles. Prior to Joining Scouters he had worked with Sunrise Systems for IT hiring. Pradeep is Graduate in Bachelor of Commerce from Andhra University.
Manjunatha G N - General Manager - Recruitment, USA
Manjunatha G N works as a Senior Manager – Leadership Hiring (USA). Prior to Joining Scouters he had worked with Sunrise Systems for IT hiring. Manjunath has completed Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing. He has good experience working for different roles like Sales, Business Development, Account Manager and Delivery catering different industry verticals with different hierarchies like Country Head, AVP, SVP, and VP etc.
Sunitha P – Manager - Leadership Hiring
Sunitha P works as a Recruitment Consultant - Leadership Hiring. Prior to joining Scouters, she was a project trainee at Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) & worked as a Junior Developer in an IT Company. Sunitha has completed Master's degree in Computer Applications(MCA) from Visvesvaraya Technological University.

Prior to Joining 'Scouters' she has worked with Cummins India as HR Assistant and have a good experience in Learning and Development, Employee Engagement, Internal Recruitment ,Onboarding etc. Before that she worked with My Car Pune Pvt Ltd as HR Executive. Sonali has completed her MBA in HR from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
