Client Engagement Manager – BPO - Europe
Job Description:-
Candidate with 15+years of experience in IT domain selling BPO/BPS/BPM services and solutions.
Minimum 7+ years of experience in selling BPO Services and Solutions to the IT industry.
Candidate is responsible to own client relationship & Onsite & Offshore delivery.
One must handle P&L management of the account & Ability to take responsibility of Delivery outcome.
Should Understand various levers of Margin optimization in a project and portfolio.
Good in Client Relationship Management, people management & making Client presentations.
Ability to challenge, recommend and redirect teams as well as manage client expectations during the engagement.
Smart enough to navigate a large organization.
