Mgr/Sr Mgr – Alliance Management, India

Job Description:-

  • Candidate with 10+ years of exp in Microsoft Azure/GCP/Servicenow hunting, Contract Management, Identify deal constructs, key campaigns, Support deals.
  • Two years of sales/ Presales experience.
  • Two years of experiences in managing at least 2 or 3 alliances with business volume of $20 M plus.
  • Identify key campaigns, align them to tribe and work with our accounts to push for proactive opportunities.
  • Build cordial relationships with partner connects and company’s sales / tribe connects.
  • Able to advise customers and commercial sales teams on the value of partners, strategies for engagement, and recommend qualified partners to support customer needs.
  • Ability to define and run partner led campaigns.
  • Deal registration; work with partner team to help in technology solutioning, ratifying proposals, pricing etc.
  • Ability to connect the ISV ecosystem and align to company’s offerings.
  • Collaborate with Cloud field sales, technical sales, training, and support teams to help partners and customers learn and use Microsoft services.
  • Become a trusted member of the sales leadership team across all regions and lead a national team of Partner Sales Managers to own deal execution with partners, leveraging partner programs, and coaching partners on best practices.
  • Candidate will be Driven Area strategy and execution integration across Partner Management teams, Professional Services, Marketing, and Support to engage partners and ensure partners deliver quality customers solutions.
