VP/Client Partner / Unit Head (Strategic Account)

Job Description:-

  • The person will manage the overall relationship with our client in Asia and will aim to accelerate our growth for a large and growing strategic relationship. This position reports to the Global Business Unit Head.
  • The focus of the role is on deepening and broadening existing relationships, continually moving upstream in the value chain and building true partnership that help create an impact for the clients and lead the relationship, drive revenue growth for a strategic account.
  • Identify opportunities, present capabilities and gain commitment leading to growth in current and future revenue. Meet and exceed sales revenue, profitability and future revenue targets.
  • Lead and manage commercial contracts, Drive new revenue growth and profitability.
  • Analyze market trends, implications for the client and develop strategies to participate in resultant opportunities.
  • Act as a coach and partner to CXO’s in helping them develop strategies leveraging global sourcing and establish company as a though leader and preferred partner to the organization.
  • Drive joint innovation and market facing programs in partnership with the client.
  • Build partnership pursuits with the clients market facing teams to develop joint go to market programs and leverage the relationship to penetrate new business areas.
  • Sell a cross section of company’s services, IT Consulting, Infrastructure Services, Application Development, BI/DW, BPO etc business and success in their markets.
  • Takes ownership and has a positive, results oriented style,
  • Ability to think out of the box, take ownership and aggregate internal and external resources to address client needs.
  • An extremely high level of energy, sense of urgency, creativity, and decisiveness coupled with the ability/willingness to work hard and well under pressure.
  • Unquestionable integrity, credibility, and character and demonstrates high moral and ethical behavior.
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills with professional staff, senior level executives, and the business community at large.
  • Experience in Outsourcing/ Technology Services Delivery / Management Consulting.
