Job Description:-
Overall responsible for Revenue and Profitability targets for the BFSI industry.
Experience in managing global relationship with C-level management.
14+ years’ experience, must have direct sales ownership with min. 5+ years in the local market.
Proven track record of hunting of net new logos from IT services company.
Responsible for generating new gross sales and new revenue.
Problem Solver with imagination to structure creative solutions.
Long term relationship builder.
Proven sales management and leadership skills, coupled with strong business acumen.
Drive knowledge of competitive offerings, market and industry insight.
Should have strong solution selling experience in a large IT Organization.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
