  • HR Manager who is strong in stakeholder management & Leadership skills.
  • In association with the business leaders, craft the region specific strategy.
  • Enable Business Development Support to Sales/Delivery Leadership.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and people networking.
  • Good written and verbal communication in Thai & English. Also good at public speaking and sound Knowledge of HR processes, policies and systems.
  • Ability to understand and interpret local laws and regulations and align organizational practices accordingly.
  • Centre of expertise for local labour laws, ensuring compliance in people practices.
  • Ensure all operations in the region adhere to legal standards.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to the local culture and practices.
  • Possessing strong skills on data analysis, documentation and presentations.
  • Proactive approach, solution orientation and decision making abilities.
  • Drive employer branding efforts.
Experience 8 - 12 Yrs
Education PGDM / MBA with specialization in HR preferred
