Client Engagement/Delivery Manager - Bangalore
Mandatory Requirement:-
IT Services Sales experience, building/ managing CxO level customer relationships.
Significant:-
Good delivery experience with technical proficiency.
Experience of working and selling into Telco.
Job Description:-
Candidate with 14+ years of exp in Engagement /delivery with technical proficiency and experience of working and selling into Telco.
Building and maintaining relationships with CxOs and director level clients.
Liaising with stakeholders in order to get feedback for ongoing work and identify their needs.
Acting as the first point of contact for clients for any delivery escalation and ensure successful resolution.
Creating and maintaining a stakeholder mapping and establish regular connects with them.
Customer Relationship development and management.
Communicating client agendas to delivery team and seniors/peers/delivery teams.
Time to time reporting of achievement of targets and plan to manage the gaps if any.
Networking with peers, leveraging the connect to identify and replicate best practices.
Excellent communication skills.
