Client Engagement/Delivery Manager - Bangalore

Mandatory Requirement:-

  • IT Services Sales experience, building/ managing CxO level customer relationships.

Significant:-

  • Good delivery experience with technical proficiency.
  • Experience of working and selling into Telco.

Job Description:-

  • Candidate with 14+ years of exp in Engagement /delivery with technical proficiency and experience of working and selling into Telco.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with CxOs and director level clients.
  • Liaising with stakeholders in order to get feedback for ongoing work and identify their needs.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for clients for any delivery escalation and ensure successful resolution.
  • Creating and maintaining a stakeholder mapping and establish regular connects with them.
  • Customer Relationship development and management.
  • Communicating client agendas to delivery team and seniors/peers/delivery teams.
  • Time to time reporting of achievement of targets and plan to manage the gaps if any.
  • Networking with peers, leveraging the connect to identify and replicate best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills.
