Cyber Security Head - Bangalore

Required Skills:-

  • Extensive experience in information security and/or IT risk management with a focus on security, performance and reliability.
  • Solid understanding of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorisation technology.
  • Good working knowledge of current IT risks and experience implementing security solutions.
  • Strong Knowledge of:
    • Data Loss Protection technologies
    • Identity Management (including Provisioning, PIM/PAM & multi-factor authentication)
    • Key Management
    • Cryptography & Certificate Authority
    • Next Gen Firewalls, IPS and IDS
    • GRC technologies
    • Virtualisation security
    • SOC/SIEM
    • EDR and antimalware solutions etc.
    • Strong Network security working experience on products like Firewall, IPS, DDoS, WAF etc.
    • Fair understanding of cloud security concepts.
    • Experienced in working with senior stakeholders, utilising Security Architecture methods and collateral to influence their decisions.

Certifications:-

  • Two or more certifications in:
    • CISSP
    • CHFI
    • SANS Certification (GCDA/GCIA)
    • PMP/Prince2
    • ISO27001/SOC/NIST
    • CISA/CISM/CRISC
    • CCSK/CCSP

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Responsible to define Cyber Security Reference Architecture for key use cases such as IIOT, Network, and Cloud Security etc.
  • Responsible for defining & driving Cyber Security Architecture governance to advance consistent architecture practices.
  • Provide technical analysis of existing and future security products and services as well as participate in benchmarking exercises to align Cyber Security Services to industry best practices.
  • Reviewing current system security measures and recommending and implementing enhancements.
  • Review data centre security design and suggest necessary controls.
  • Conducting regular system tests and ensuring continuous monitoring of network security.
  • Secure deployment of Security solutions like IAM, PIM, SSO, SIEM etc.
