Operations Head - London

Job Description:-

  • Responsible for client relationship, Profit and Loss management of the account, quality and risk with the services provided to the client, strategic positioning for growth and people management of the account.
  • Interfaces with the Head of BPO Delivery and Global Account Lead. Responsible for shaping and driving value led transformation for the clients.
  • To ensure a value-added experience to client by partnering and influencing them day to day operational issues and expectations.

Job Dimensions:-

  • Knowledge and Expertise : Competent in speciality insurance domain with sound understanding of London insurance market, placement, wholesale insurance broking and reinsurance market.

  • Client : Relationships Provide single point of contact for the client account leadership and the operations

  • Financial Impact : Direct accountability to functional budget or costs. Supports in cost management through achievement of functional goals, process improvements, unit time revisions and improved work-split

Principle Accountabilities:-

  • Delivering to the Customer / Client : Managing & exceeding stakeholder expectations, client interaction as and when required; incorporate feedback in the eco system.
  • Operational Excellence : Building value by creating process efficiencies Deliver quality by building a knowledge organization and encouraging, leading and guiding teams to build depth and breadth of technical expertise Alignment with company’s operating model to create logical business operations that deliver excellent customer services
  • Stakeholder Management : Deliver value in every sphere of interaction with the stakeholders. The incumbent will be responsible for driving effective client relationship by managing operational escalations. Will be required to provide stakeholders with a value-add experience by partnering on operational decisions. Initiate and influence expectation setting discussion with client.
  • Strategic Thinking - Operational & Financial performance : To contribute to plan and lead implementation of annual operating plans for relevant business units. Sponsor the client transformation program and activities to meet service measures and cost savings, if applicable. Achieve contract controllable income targets using the most appropriate principles, levers and tools. Improve mobilization and transition costs working with the Transitions team. Achieve year-on-year efficiencies in conjunction with Business
