Driving Wincenter for the DEMS GBL to support bid responses including solutioning,
presales/knowledge management and go to market activities.
Strategic deal shaping, solution differentiation, leading large multi-tower, multi-year
bids including due diligence workshops, bid reviews, pricing and commercial modelling.
Ensure proposal quality and end to end ownership including Sales to delivery hand over.
Participate in client interactions where needed.
Responsible to manage relationship with business unit leadership and key decision makers
with the ability to influence and lead strategic sales initiatives.
Mentor a team of high performing individuals - leading by example for bid management,
presales/knowledge management, etc.
Drive Knowledge Management in collaboration with Portfolio team and solutions CoEs.
Institutionalize presales process tools checklists templates accelerators.
Formal governance, budget management and reporting with stakeholders.
Manage funnel win rates and close rates for the GBL growth.
Relevant Experience:-
Strong solutions / presales / business development experience in Engineering Services with
exposure to domains like Medical Devices, Industrial Automation, Automotive, Retail, etc.
Experience and exposure to handling complete pursuit life cycle from opportunity
qualification to negotiation.
Strong background on technology and Engineering - Should have good understanding of
technology trends- Mobile, Cloud, Analytics, AI
