Job Description:-
Must have handled banking account portfolios – Banking & Capital markets experience needed.
Proven experience in client management, coordination and negotiation skills. Must have ability
to connect closely with customer leadership/CIO.
Experience in delivery management for cross & next gen skills and projects using methodologies
such as Agile (scrum, feature driven, lean, squad-tribe, etc).
Must have grown and driven portfolios exceeding 15M-25M and headcounts >150 employees in
onshore – offshore model.
Preferred expertise in .net, microservices, AWS cloud.
Experience in directing and owning solution effort with solution groups and delivery teams for
proactive business proposals & RFPs.
Strong P&L & operational management experience.
Strong people management, mentioning and leadership skills.
Excellent written, spoken and presentation skills.
Ability to own and drive growth in a portfolio.
Role will have revenue and profitability targets.
Decisions on new business pricing, cost of resources, utilization, operational spend.
Past experience of having played offshore delivery management role is a plus.
