Job Description:-
- 15-20 years of Client & Delivery Management experience IN BPO Insurance.
- Have managed multiple programs for clients in India.
- Should have handled a team around 450 people.
- P & L Size of 30 Mn USD.
Responsibilities include:-
- Develop and Maintain Client relationships at different levels.
- End-to-end program and delivery management,
- Accomplishes delivery goals towards contract commitments P&L management
- Support Business planning, development and incremental growth
- Focus on innovation and Value Adds
- Ensure program/project managers meet established schedules and help resolve technical/operational issues
- People care, including training, performance oversight, performance feedback, assessments, performance improvement planning & oversight
