Job Description:-
15-20 years of Client & Delivery Management experience IN BPO Insurance.
Have managed multiple programs for clients in India.
Should have handled a team around 450 people.
P & L Size of 30 Mn USD.
Responsibilities include:-
Develop and Maintain Client relationships at different levels.
End-to-end program and delivery management,
Accomplishes delivery goals towards contract commitments P&L management
Support Business planning, development and incremental growth
Focus on innovation and Value Adds
Ensure program/project managers meet established schedules and help resolve technical/operational issues
People care, including training, performance oversight, performance feedback, assessments, performance improvement planning & oversight
